Your Appointment
A comprehensive skin consultation with Nurse Emma followed by a medical-grade facial. Your appointment begins with an in-depth consultation, where we will review your skin, current skincare routine and your skin concerns and goals. We will then discuss the most appropriate options within The Timeless Skin Protocol™ and create a personalised skincare plan for you. (30 minutes) This is followed by a relaxing, barrier-supporting facial using carefully selected medical-grade skincare, designed to leave your skin hydrated, calm and refreshed in preparation for your Timeless Skin Protocol™ treatments. (30 minutes)
Cancellation Policy
Appointments are paid in full at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice and non-attendance are non-refundable. Appointments may be rescheduled once with sufficient notice.
